What a joke I went to this dealer for a new vehicle, not only was the sales department a joke but the general manager was a completely incompetent individual. Af I went to this dealer for a new vehicle, not only was the sales department a joke but the general manager was a completely incompetent individual. After purchasing the vehicle I have had to call the dealer multiple times for different problems that I have realized we’re only caused by a lack of competence on the sales department. When I asked to speak to corporate, the general manager “biscuit“ told me that he was corporate and I could not talk to anybody higher than him. I should have read the reviews before going here. When I picked up the Motorcycle it had 0.0 miles which is the only reason I bought the motorcycle from the dealer. Thinking back, it upsets me that they did not ride the motorcycle to ensure it was safe and ready for sale. There were multiple problems with the motorcycle that I have already had to get fixed at a local dealer closer to my home. I have had to contact the dealer directly multiple times while trying to register the vehicle that I bought. Every time there seems to be more and more hassle. Keep in mind that I drove six hours to buy this motorcycle I’m not local to this dealership. If I ever return to this dealership it will strictly be because I am broke down and it is the only dealership close, and then it will be to use their phone to call another dealer to come get me. On a positive note, the service manager who I believe is named Kevin, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the motorcycle I was purchasing. I truly hate that I will not be able to interact with him again based on the pisspoor dealership he works for. More

Poor quality work Today I took two 2014 Polaris Sportsman 570's to Kevin Powel Motorsports for a Polaris recall for the fuel line issue. Everything went fine at the de Today I took two 2014 Polaris Sportsman 570's to Kevin Powel Motorsports for a Polaris recall for the fuel line issue. Everything went fine at the dealership. Well I thought they did anyways. Two guys help to load the machines on the trailer and quickly took off. Silly me I should have inspected the ATV's I was not until I got home to unload the machines when I noticed that the Plastic was not put on right on both machines. I thought ok I will just fix the issue. I pulled them both into my shop fixed the first one and moved onto the second one. This is where it gets real BAD. The whole front end of the machine was loose. So I went to tighten everything up. Bolts were missing and then I noticed that the radiator Bracket was BENT. What the xxxx. They bent the brackets, missing bolts, plastic was not aligned and put back on right. If I didn't live so far away I would have taken them back and had them fixed right. Needles to say I will not return or do business with them ever again. More

RUN dont WALK away!! LISTEN UP, YES they got me a car BUT! Having serious regret issues! and YES I understand what as is mean but when the have to jump start the car for you to drive it and then jump start it when I left smh, I ask them, point blank right is there something wrong with it, OH NO they said it's just been sitting! It started fine for a 10 day and then this morning dead dead dead, smh!! Well, tell you one thing all three guys at the auto store said you NEVER go there! but the every person I talk to and the ask me how I like the new car will get the message but I guess, 140 bucks is worth losing business over! Doing business with KPMoto has got to be the worst financial mistake I have ever made. If you do decide to go , take someone you trust that does not like motorcycles with you. That way you have a reliable person holding you accountable, and your not dumb struck by the motorcycles. Dont drink the Crazy Kevin Powell cool aide. If you buy from KPMoto, you will soon understand why its called Crazy Kevin Powell. More
