Aaron Morris to the Rescue I recently made a single-payment lease on an Audi A7. The negotiations took place, mainly by email, with Aaron Morris. I drove down to Clearwater from Tallahassee in my old car, a 2008 Acura TL, and traded it for the new one. When I got home, however, I realized that this car did not have the Driver Assistance package that I'd ordered. I contacted Aaron, and he immediately put me right. He said that Audi Clearwater would ship the car I wanted when it became available by to my home address by flatbed truck, and exchange the two cars. Although the original error was irritating at first, I felt extremely satisfied that the dealership corrected the error without any fuss. I am sure that this came about through first-class management, and through the honesty and integrity of Aaron. Well done, Audi Clearwater! The next Audi I buy or lease will be from you! More
