Trade in Purchase I received a letter in the mail stating that I could trade my car in in order to upgrade my previous car with the possibility of having the same payme I received a letter in the mail stating that I could trade my car in in order to upgrade my previous car with the possibility of having the same payments that I was paying on my previous car. They helped give me a couple of options on what would work with my willingness of paying range. Helped with keeping my current lender as I switched decisions from one car to this one. Very understanding group of people with help getting you the car you want even if it meant getting a different car approached through a lender. More

Excellent customer service! Very satisfied I called on a vehicle that was just listed for sale. Charlie quickly got answers on the car length (to fit in my garage) and towing specs for me. We drove up that evening and took the car out for a ride. after introducing my to one of the owners, we sat down to negotiate. He stepped up and offered me a "fair" trade in value for my vehicle making it nice not to have to haggle. He also agreed to put new tires on, as the ones on the car were nearing the wear bars. The finance man, Richard, patiently explained the warranty options. In summary, the entire transaction was a pleasant experience. I will be making the drive up to Baraboo the next time our family needs a vehicle More

Very friendly and knowledgeable! I found a truck online and visited BMG to look at it. When I got there I was mistaken on the length of the bed on the truck.
