The complaint I have is no one took the time to show me all the technical features on my 2017 Toyota Highlander. Rather I was given a very brief, inadequate rundown. Had Jon Muehl not had a day off I am confident the training would have been better. This vehicle has far more cool technical features any of my recent vehicles, including an Acura MDX for me and a Hyundai Genesis for my wife. So training is essential. FYI I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer. The sales person on the first two transactions was Jon Muehl, and he did take the time to educate my wife and me. More
