Greatest customer service I've ever experienced! I was in the market for a new truck, and literally considered every option. I spent time at each dealership, both test-driving and comparing models/t I was in the market for a new truck, and literally considered every option. I spent time at each dealership, both test-driving and comparing models/trims. After a few weeks, I had it narrowed down to the Ford F150 and the Ram 1500. With similar specs, it came down to the price and the engine. Still on the fence, my salesman (Matt) said one Saturday "give me your address". 20 minutes later, he was in my driveway, with a 5.7L Hemi roaring and ready for me to drive. 5 minutes later I was sold. 30 minutes later, after he was back in the office, we agreed on a number, and my deposit went down. In similar fashion, my schedule (3 small kids and a lot of office hours) made it difficult to get to th dealership to complete the financing paperwork. Matt again showed up at my front door, pen in hand, and we completed it all in my kitchen. It's that level of service that keeps me coming back to Lawless. This was my 3rd vehicle purchased here, and I would never recommend anyone to shop a different dealership. It is purely painless, and I am thrilled with my new truck! More
