Service department is a joke! Send you off with a service report, everything Great and all items checked off stating all was CHECKED. First, earlier this year brought our Silverado in for an oil change and multi point inspection. Left with form - all things checked. Less than 48 hours later, while checking something else out, husband checked oil filter compartment as he was in the area. YIKES. A full squirrel nest! BUT..our filter was “checked” and all GOOD! Send a complaint - answer, they were sorry, but short handed! This past week had oil change on our Traverse as we are heading to Florida. Started having problems with a noise when turning. Looked up what it might be wrong. Check Steering fluids. Husband did just that and there was next to NOTHING — ZERO fluid. How can that be if it was checked? What else WASN’T done? We purchased your oil plan for both vehicles. GLAD THEY ARE DONE! Truly thought going to the dealership was the way to go! Guess NOT. Time to find a local garage!

If I could give zero I would. If you make an appointment they do not work on your car until later that week. I have to reach out for updates and sometimes get told the car has been done for a day or two. I have never heard of or experienced a business operate so poorly and still be un business. My car has been worked on 9 times since I purchased it back in June of 2022 and every time it comes back worse than I drop it off. My car is currently being worked on right now having the breaks replaced after they put on faulty equipment a few months ago. If I hadn't purchased the warranty for this vehicle, I would never bring it back here and would have gone broke trying to fix the Lemon they sold me I have never had an experience like this in my life. I purchase my vehicle from them in June of 2022 and have had it worked on 9 times for various things, the first one was 3 days after I purchased the vehicle. Thank goodness I purchased the warranty from them because they told me flat out they wouldn't be helping me if I hadn't. The sales manager is THE most difficult person to deal with in the world. I will Never purchase a vehicle from them ever again.
The team at Preferred couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They answered all of our questions, were patient with us, and helped us through the entire car buying process. We felt very comfortable making the purchase. They weren't pushy and didn't use any in-your-face sales tactics. We would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from this location in the future.
Excellent customer service and follow through! I recently had body shop work done for a minor repair. Becky Martz was very helpful with the necessary paperwork from the beginning to the end, as well as Kyle Martz who did the final repair. I e we pups highly recommend them.
I made an appointment for a recall notice. I arrived to check in and the service representative found my appointment, wrote up the service request, told me it would take about 15 min. and it took them 10 min. or less and I was on my way. I’m a very happy customer!
