I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best.
