He didn’t hide anything about the car took detailed pictures and sent them to me . The service department is definitely customer first focused. Our Ford vehicles have certainly had their share of complications. However, the team at Battlefield Ford does everything within the means to make the customer first. If I were to nitpick, I'd share better follow-up contact (email or phone) would be more helpful. We're actually considering getting a new vehicle at this dealership soon (if the numbers work out).
