It was a pleasure to purchase a high-demand vehicle from Penn Toyota. This Rav 4 Prime Plug-in Hybrid is an asesome car! The owner, Mr. Penn, visited with us while we were working with our salesman, Luis. When Mr. Penn learned that we are a military Navy family, we were honored to hear about his time in Vietnam while he also served in the US Navy. Mr. Penn is an honorable patriot. Luis treated us like family and took care of every detail. We were not rushed and treated so kindly the entire visit. We wish they were closer, but if we are ever in the market for another vehicle, it would be worth the trip to come back again.
