While I am 2 hours away from the dealership, Cliff was professional and respectful in taking my downpayment and keeping in touch with me while I waited for my turn to purchase the vehicle. When it came time for the purchase, Cliff was transparent with the out-the-door price, did not pressure me into unnecessary options, and on the day of the pick-up did not surprise me with additional options. The time I spent at the dealership for paperwork and car setup was significantly less than the average time one spends at a dealership. During the visit I had a chance to meet Mr. Krause Senior, the father of the current owner and made sure to thank him for the great purchase experience. Overall, I am super satisfied with Cliff and Krause Toyota and will be recommending it to my friends.

Visited the dealership a few years ago while getting interested in hybrid. Came back recently and met Kerry Loch, salesman extraordinaire in my book. We visited a total of 3 times until I made my mind up. Kerry had the answers to my question. Drives a hybrid himself so he is KNOWLEDGABLE. I told him I would not wait 4 weeks for a car and Krause was able to dealer-trade and get me my car. Very thorough explanation. After I had it a couple of weeks and developed more questions I came back but Kerry was on his day off so the Sales Manager and the service department took care of reprogramming and explaining my concerns. So far VERY HAPPY with my first Toyota. Salesman help each other when a customer or potential customer is there.
