The whole experience was surprisingly awesome. We had just left another Ford dealership in the Chicago area and our experience at Tirapelli Ford was night and day. The sale staff and the financing staff at Tirapelli Ford were amazing and in short order, we walked away with our brand new 2026 Ford Maverick.
Staff is very easy to work with and very nice. Everything was ready for me when I walked in, all I needed to do was sign!
