I had a great experience with the service team at Oursman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with a level of care that really stood out. The team was transparent about the work being done, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of the right way. It’s not always easy to find a service department you can fully trust, but this was one of those experiences where you leave feeling confident in both the work and the people behind it. A special thanks to the service manager for going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell they take pride in what they do and in delivering a great customer experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for future service and repairs on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mr. Mitch was my Salesman and I have to say he did an outstanding job providing Excellent Customer Service from my initial inquiry, throughout negotiations, in the actual purchase and in the delivery of the Mustang to my home. Mr. Clarion Etherly, General Sales Manager, exemplified the Ourisman Dealership’s commitment to the same Excellent Customer Service by personally contacting me to assist me with specific questions I had in obtaining this Mustang. There was never any sales pressure. The entire buying process went smoothly. The Ourisman staff proved to be personally accommodating while providing a polished, professional business experience.
I received a text from Dasia Morrison Friday morning about bringing my Compass in for a trade in. At the time I was in the middle of refinancing my monthly payment but I thought what the heck? I can’t lose either way. I made my way down, greeted as always when I walk into the place (thank you Kathy for getting the process started). Met Dasia Morrison and with her help along with Howie the sales manager and Umar we took a crack at the best option I could walk out with. It was a long day but they didn’t give up on me. I ended up with a 2025 Jeep Wrangler, a vehicle I’ve always wanted. I will be back to this same dealership again in the future and god willing the same people will be there. Thank you Team Ourisman! You guys Rock! Also thank you Maria with giving me the lesson in wrangler culture, I don’t know if I can warm up to the rubber ducks but the peace sign I can do. Thanks again guys/gals
