I was very impressed by the customer service I recienved by City Auto. They were very friendly and helpful. Osvald was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I tried. My wife is handicapped and Osvald and Mercedes came to our home to process the paperwork. I would recommend City Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle with a fair price.

Hands down the best experience we've had buying a car! And we have bought cars all over the country, East coast, West coast, Midwest, new, used, and online. We were treated well. Negotiated a fair price over the phone and drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. Jocelyne had the paperwork ready to go when we arrived. Abraham walked us through the signing process and didn't try to upsell us on anything. We paid cash but if we had needed financing, I'm sure he'd have worked a good deal for us. Sales office was clean and they had cold drinks for the hot day. Let me say it was not without issues, but they solved them quickly. The front brake line had a leak and they called their mechanic in to fix it on his day off. I didnt catch his name, but a big thanks!!! Replaced it quickly with a new line. It's a 12 year old used car and that's the only thing we found of any issue after driving for 2 weeks. We have another kid learning to drive and we are definitely looking for a good car here first.
