I called the local Jaguar dealerships to check on inventory. I called White Plains, but they didn’t have the car I wanted in stock. I went to see the F-Pace at Mt Kisco and had a HORRIBLE experience. I was never buying another Jaguar again because of how bad it was. Tiffany from White Plains called a few days later, just to check in and see if we found what we were looking for. I told her about my experience and that I didn’t want a Jaguar anymore. She asked if I would give her the time to look into my requests. I hesitated , but finally agreed. This ended up being the best decision! Tiffany was thorough and did her homework. She sent me some numbers and asked me to come in to see the car. She greeted us with a smile and was ready to work with us. My entire experience there was a complete 180 from Mt Kisco! I ended up buying the car! If it wasn’t for Tiffany, and White Plains Jaguar, I would’ve never brought another Jaguar again. Thank you Tiffany and the entire White Plains team!!!
