Fast professional service. John and his team tool care of my tire quickly and professionally.
I came in for an oil change. Good job on multi point inspection. Costs for this wood was outrageous. Cabin air filter was $100 more than the filter alone at local Parts store. Battery was $240 over cost. Technician didn’t reset oil life sensor or change oil change reminder sticker on windshield. I left disappointed.
The guys take care of me! Always service oriented. Timely as well which is appreciated. Only issue was the tech didn’t replace the oil plug properly so I had oil all over my garage floor the next day. The issue was handled appropriately and I appreciated an honest explanation.
Jeff Trobaugh was an excellent sales person. He took time to show and explain many options to us. He was very professional. I would certainly go back to him when we are again looking for a car. He carefully explained car features before we left the dealership. The finance side was not as enjoyable. Cam, our business/finance person, was friendly and knew his business but was abit over bearing. The white board and marker was confusing. When he was done there were to many options. It was similar to a presentation at a Time Share presentation. We had to stop and go back to the start. At the end the deal was fine altho we did end up with an extra we did not know about. It was not a big deal so it is fine. We would return to Cronin when time for a new car.
Nate of the techs at VW service are competent, professional and fair. They work with me on what needs to be done to keep my car running safely.
Outstanding customer service was provided by Jessica in the GMC service center. She went above and beyond to help solve a problem we were having
