Have purchased a lot of cars over the years, but never purchased a car sight unseen prior to this one and it was an excellent experience! All personnel I dealt with were courteous and honest, hard to find qualities in this business today!

I've had my Jaguar F-Pace for almost 2 years now, and, I'm still very happy with it, (except for the tires-- always 'low pressure' warnings, even when tires are 'fine'. I've owned several SUVs and sports cars over the past 45 years and I've never had tires like these)... As far as the Jaguar of Buffalo Dealership-- they are WONDERFUL!-- from Patty Vedella and Tim Oswald in sales, to Michelle Gaik and Tracey in service... EVERYONE at Jaguar of Buffalo has been VERY HELPFUL to me at all times.
