Two stars and dropping fast. We had a great buying experience and hoped to carry that along after the purchase but that has yet to come to fruition. During our purchase we ordered some accessories to be installed, two of which were nice to haves and one being a requirement for our purchase. 1. Dash cameras front and rear 2. Side steps 3. Hitch and harness (required to tow our boats and trailers) We were contacted that our parts were in and made and our service appointment was scheduled. Drove the hour to the dealership and was notified that item one was not actually there and on backorder with no estimated time of arrival (ETA). So understanding that we chose to cancel and decided to go aftermarket. We are notified our two days later that the wrong module for the towing was ordered or delivered and a new one was being overnighted, understandable. When we were finally notified our vehicle was done we drove the hour to the dealership, picked it up and drove home. A few days later hooked up to one of our trailers, no lights. Hooked up to another and no lights. Hmmmmmmm Somewhat frustrated contacted the dealer again and they made another appointment, we drove the hour once again and dropped it off. Never was given a reason (still haven't actually) as to why we were given our vehicle back without the system they spent days installing didn't work but we were told a repair kit needed to be ordered and guess what, no ETA. A few phone calls later, promises to get a call back and nothing. Purchased September 4th and now it is December 1st and still no trailer lights, still can't tow and of our stuff and still haven't an ETA or resolution from the dealer. Frustrations are building and each phone call seems to be met with a mixture of indifference or attitude. Like we said at the top, two stars and falling.

The worst experience of my life took my car in for service on July 28th it’s now September 7. I have called every week and keep getting told next week. They have only called me back after I have reached out to them. They only have 3 mechanics and 78 cars that need to be worked. Once again if you have thousands of dollars to waste on a rental with horrible customer service then this is the place for you. People that read these review I give great cation to this dealer. I’m extremely scared they have ruined my car and my next step is to contact a lawyer.

Beyond the worst dealership ever. Bought a certified vehicle that has only ran for 4 months, but the service team at the dealership tells me it’s MONTHS to get it scheduled for repair. It’s taken me EIGHT phone calls today alone to try to get info about service. When I bought the vehicle, I was given mountains of incorrect information. If you want to buy a Range Rover, for the love of all that’s holy, go to the Bellevue of Lynwood location. Seriously.

Giving a one star as there is no less than that. Sales team are non professional. They don't respect customers or care about providing right info or respect their time. They denied issues int he vehicle even their service report indicates that. All of this for sake of fooling customers an make a sale. They are rude and non professional. Even worse, calling their general sale manager, Dave to file a complain, and he was dismissive, rude and non professional and one of the worst people to deal with. I wouldn't go to such bad team/service folks. They should be shame of such a service.

There service is so bad, I paid 1700 for a 90,000. Mile service with a radiator hose and sensor. They didn’t replace the air filter and marked on the paperwork that it needed washer fluid. Yeah that’s right, didn’t fill it, just said it needed it. They had the car for 6 days because of an “overnighted” part. We had to call daily for an update because if we didn’t they would not tell us. I picked up my car and they didn’t even vacuum it or run it through the wash. They broke a bumper clip and didn’t even tell us, now we get to hassle with them to fix what they broke. More time taken from us. I sent an email to the service manager and have not gotten a reply. Would not recommend.

I have bought 3 cars out of state, 1 of which was from Washington so I thought buying another one from the state would be pretty smooth. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience possible. First, the communication with this dealership sucks. The Sales Manager Joe Belshaw never returned any of my calls even after leaving multiple voicemails. I eventually got ahold of him and he pulls this BS of "you have to do a credit application for you to purchase the car per washington state law" He's an idiot. I know you get a kickback from credit applications.. I have outside lending which you were aware of and there is NO LAW that states I need to do an application. You didnt have to lie and because of that, you are now getting this review. I would give you zero stars if I could. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to purchase the 2018 audi S3 but for the trash service I will not be doing any business with this dealership. The sales associate Charles, I appreciate you trying to help but I am going to pass. Joe, next time take buyers more serious and dont belittle them or try and sucker them into doing something that is not required. I don't often write reviews.. even for bad experiences but the sales manager really ticked me off so I want to make sure he is aware and I will be sending this to Jaguar corporation as well.
