Jesse Robles of the Service Department was very friendly throughout, and highly efficient. He had lots if knowledge about my car and what service I wanted, and gave his insight into the matter. We discussed the parts needed and the total cost in advance. The shop did the work in the timeline needed and there were no surprise costs. They additionally examined the car for other possible future problems. I recommend Lia Honda Service Dept and commend Jesse Robles for his knowledge of the Honda car I brought in.
Service Advisor was Greg Palm. Greg explained results of multi point inspection. Service was prompt.
I had an exceptional experience working with Greg Palm at this dealership. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was properly diagnosed and repaired. What I appreciated most was his patience and persistence. My issue took a couple of days to pinpoint, and Greg stayed on top of it the entire time, keeping me informed and never making me feel like an inconvenience. Once the problem was identified, he worked quickly and efficiently to get the part I needed, even managing to secure it sooner than expected. Throughout the entire process, Greg was kind, professional, and accommodating. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the customer’s peace of mind, but Greg consistently delivered on both. I left feeling taken care of, respected, and confident in the service. Highly recommend him.
