Kayla was great! Worked with me from another state and had everything dialed in before I arrived. Even stayed open later for me. Vehicle runs great and I’ve had zero problems or hassles. She got me the exact payment I wanted and got me back up to WA fast. She also is quick to reply to any of my questions. Go see her!
Great service department would take my vehicle for that but I will never buy a vehicle from them again. The truck wouldn’t start after the first 274 miles. Service was great but couldn’t duplicate the problem so nothing was done. The next six times that I returned it still no answer. 33 days in the shop with no fix now Stellantis states tha it does not qualify for the Lemmon law probably will never go to a place with the service writer Stellantis again
got my oil change..was able to get an appoint right away...didnot have to wait long...great service

In September I bought a used car here. Put cash down, and brought my own plates. Signed a contract and took my car home. I asked for car floor mats and was told no, they won't provide any. A few days later I was contacted asking how I like the car and I told them I noticed the drivers mirror is broken. I asked if they would fix it. Days later I was told NO we won't fix anything as our contract says we dont owe you anything. Then 2 weeks later I was contacted by the dealer saying I owe $220 for registration fees. My response was, as per our contract I too owe you nothing. Several days later I heard from the dealer saying they will not fully process my registration if I dont pay. They said " we will only do enough to satisfy the lender and I won't be getting any registration or tags until I pay." I eventually paid so I can get my stuff, but more than a month later and I still have nothing. I did file a complaint with the DMV and with the BBB. I think they do this with several people just to get more money after the sale. I did fix my own mirror for $55 and a half hours work. I want my $220 back. I also encourage everyone to file complaints from this dealer with the DMV. With enough complaints they will lose their license and then won't rip off the public anymore
