I have dealt with pushy car salesmen in the past and Bradley was the complete opposite of that in the best way, which I appreciated. He went the extra mile and really wanted to ensure that the vehicle was a fit for us and that we were satisfied. I guess there’s always a “bad apple” in every place, but every single person after that one has made up entirely for them. Robert Brock in service was the best person to deal with, Mary, cooking the food in the waiting room was close to an angel, and Paul the GM took care of me without hesitation. Vida handled everything for me and got me out quickly. I’m happy with going there and will return, for I know everything I need will be handled and taken care of.

Leased a car from Coulter after my mom bought from them earlier this year and honestly, it was one of the easiest car experiences I’ve had. I was in and out pretty quickly, and there was no pushy sales vibe at all, which I appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was straightforward and helpful. If you're looking for a smooth process without the usual dealership drama, this place is worth checking out.

Don't think we could have been more pleased with the purchase process of our new XT4. Joseph handled all aspects of the purchase process except closing paperwork and that went smoother than expected. Finance managers can be tough, but we didn't experience that. If we are ever looking to purchase again, we'll shop Coulter first. Thanks for "making our Day"
