The initial repair to our Highlander resulted in a leak and a second trip to our local Toyota dealer in Kennewick which was taken care of under warranty. When I noticed the skid plate was missing, Nathan promptly sent a new one in the mail! He was very prompt in returning my calls and answering any questions. Truly a pleasure to work with over the phone. Excellent customer service!!
