Very pleasant - hassle free purchase experience of a 2025 Hyundai Ionic 5 with my sales person Dylan Goodness, HOWEVER the integrity of the dealership manager (AJ Britton) is at question. At the completion of my transaction, AJ Britton personally made a promise to reimburse a a post delivery expense that I incurred, that promise has still not been honored after more than two months. The promise has continued to string along - with "the checks in the mail" type of excuse - and has still yet to be resolved.

Don't buy here! They will give you the run around after purchase on completing you trade in and registering your vehicle. Even let your tags expire with no communication after multiple attempts to get the registration after buying the vehicle.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! If I could give them a ZERO, I would. They make your buying experience very pleasant. However, when you need service, they are overbooked, understaffed, and will not communicate with the customer. I had an appointment last week that was scheduled for 6 weeks. It was supposed to take 3 days. When I got there, no one knew why I was there. I had to speak to 3 different people and wait almost an hour to speak with an advisor. Then they said the rental car that was arranged 5 weeks ago would be ready in 4 HOURS! The dealership shuttled me to the airport in a customer's jeep that was heading for the body shop. It has been 8 business days and I still don't have my car. I have called over 16 times. They have answered 3 times. I've left messages and no one called back. If you need to keep my vehicle, give me a call. Don't tell me you'll call me when it's done. You said 3 days. Either call or meet the time-line. This has been going on for 19 months.
