Employees at Subaru of LR are always friendly. I enjoy the customer snack bar while I wait.
The service center seem apparently inflates all tires to 35psi despite the manufacturer's recommendation of 35 psi for the front tires and 33 psi for the rear tires. I shouldn't have to train the service department on this issue.
I have had such a great experience with Subaru of Little Rock. I purchased my car from them and have continued bringing it in for oil changes and service. Every time, their service exceeds my expectations. I am so happy to have found a place I can trust, especially because Subaru is the only car I would want to own. The team is professional, helpful, and consistently makes the experience easy and positive. I recommend Subaru of Little Rock any chance I get, and I will definitely continue working with them.
