William asked me what my preferences are and we looked for available cars on the lot . I chose some and had one sent to the dealership. Test drove the ones I like. He was accommodating, very pleasant and helpful. Chatted with us while waiting for paperwork processing. Although it took a long time I was able to drive out with my new car. He even took pictures of me with the bow on the hood of the car. I’m very pleased with the service.
