Everyone was helpful and friendly. Tom was caring and respectful His manager and the finance person were also helpful. I left with a new car, feeling like I got a good deal and a good value for my trade in. I never felt rushed or pressured at the dealership.

We have bought our last 8 vehicles from lavery mostly because it's the closest GM lot to our home. I didn't particularly care for my sales guy. He made me fill out a survey on him while he stood there and watched me so of course I couldn't be honest but he was okay at best. I picked out my car from another dealer and told him exactly what I wanted, he had nothing really to do with it. I am sorry but I just didn't have a good feeling with him for some reason and I really can't say why, just wasn't feeling it at all.
