My Review of #1 Cochran Buick GMC Robinson:
We went to look at a 2011 GMC Acadia I found online. We had them work up a price for us that was just a very low ball price on our trade-in since we had already been offered a lot more for it. After being in the dealership for a little over 2 hours we finally had the deal we were looking for but by then we were kind of frustrated. I will say though that after we left and got ourselves re-grouped we called them back and purchased the vehicle and they even got us a great interest rate. We had very friendly and polite salesmen and finance representative. They all could not have been nicer and more helpful and so far we love the vehicle. So I guess the only negative is they should have come out with their best deal first and not played around for 2 hours of our time. I would recommend them and consider purchasing from the again in the future

Awesome team! Very helpful and looking out for our best interests. Facilities are very comfortable and clean. Great waiting area with large screen TV. Highly recommend! Personable staff, knowledgeable and helpful. They made our purchase of our new 2012 GMC Sierra Crew Cab and very pleasant experience!

My wife and I needed to replace her car. On-line I found a 2010 Buick LaCrosse at #1 Cochran in Robinson. At the dealership, we met with Dave B. and Dave L. They were extremely helpful showing us the car, let us drive the car a few days, and offered us a great deal. Bottom line...they made our buying experience enjoyable. Of all the dealers I have dealt with in the past, I must say, this dealer has exceptional service reps and outstanding loyalty for their customers. Don Seaton is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I have thought about switching to a different gmc service dealer in the past because I wasn't happy with the service guy (Rich) I had before I got referred to Don but, I have no desire to switch after dealing with Don. My Yukon is in good hands!!!!!!

My Review of #1 Cochran Buick GMC Robinson:
I have been buying cars from #1 Cochran in Robinson for years. I also get my cars serviced there. The reason that I am so loyal to this dealership is because they are wonderful! I never have to deal with uncomfortable haggling over prices. I never have to worry about price gouging or someone trying to push unnecessary services on me. When any of my cars have had to have anything fixed, it has only taken one visit, and the problem was resolved. In addition to that, I can drop my car off in the morning, and they will shuttle me to work, and they'll pick me up after work if I need them to. I have worked with many of their staff over the years, and I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience. Thanks so much.

We saw A pre-owned malibu that we liked,went to the dealership ,talked to Dave Bissert & Dave Lopresti Picked up the car the next day.I don't know how buying A car could be any easier.Both gentlemen were as helpful as they could be. Dave was very knowledgeable about the features on the KIA Omptia LX.Very courteous and showed concerns about my ability to get in and egress from the omptia.I would surely tell people to ask for Dave as he is a great sales consultant.His follow-up phone call was very timely and he took the time to make sure I was happy with my lease.Keep-up the good work.

Bob was very knowledgeable about what it took to close the deal on the lease and very up front with all answers to my questions .
