My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle with no inttention of purchasing one on the day we visited Cochran in Natrona Heights. After meeting Lou and test driving several jeeps, we left with a brand new one that evening. lou had a very low key approach to salesmanship. He was genuine, non-pressuring and welcoming to us. He was patient as we decided among the vehicles. He was knowledgeable about the various vehicles. It did take a bit of time for paperwork completion, which was no fault of anyone. It was a very busy sales day and several vehicles were purchased and, therefore, we had to wait for our turn. Lou kept us infromed, offered us beverages and intertained us with stories. This was one of the most pleasurable car purchases I have ever had.

My wife and I got in contact with five different Jeep dealers in the area, starting out with Online inquires for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Nick Zannit contacted us from Cochran and was VERY professional and informative, unlike a couple of the other contacts we received from other dealers. Nick was able to provide information on numerous Jeep Wranglers that met what we were looking for so we decided it was worth the trip up to Natrona Heights to talk to the dealer in person. When we arrived we began talking with Louis Hein. Lou took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was able to locate a vehicle onsite. They took a look at our trade-in (2003 Jeep Wrangler) and made us an offer. After a brief and somewhat painless negotiation period, we came to a fair agreement on the new vehicle and trade-in. The entire visit took several hours but my wife and I were more than pleased with the overall experience. Lou was great ... one of the few car salesmen I have met that has true integrity! We would buy another car from him in a heartbeat! We look forward to future visits to this dealership.

It was a pleasant experience from the first call to them, they directed us to a very experienced salesperson who found what we wanted , and went beyond what was necessary to make the sale it showed a first time buyer not all dealerships are out to sale only lot cars

Great experience with the salesman brok. He did everything in his power to make our car buying experience great. Quick helpful loan mamager. And brok even came and picked me up at my house so I could take it for a test ride.

Jason was GREAT! I'm so indecisive & he helped every step of the way!! After test driving & figuring out payments on a couple jeeps, he even walked over to the ford dealership next door to help me out. He is an awesome sails person & was VERY helpful!!!

Jason helped make our new car purchase relatively painless. He was very patient with us. He showed us and let us test drive as many different cars that we needed to make our decision. He really knows the cars he is selling and knew every answer to all questions we asked. Once we decided on the car to buy Jason took the time to go over the car and show us how everything worked.

Brok and Jim were great to work with! I came in looking for a new Jeep and walked out with more than I thought was possible. Jokingly upon entering the showroom, I stated that I wanted to "take home" the floor model with the after market upgrades. Knowing it was a little out of my price range, I never thought it was going to be possible, but, Jim and Brok made it happen! Thanks for a job well done!

I have been looking for a new car for the last year & was at several dealers- (Cochran not being one of them). I wasn't satisfied at any of them,they were trying to
steer me towards cars I wasn't even interested in/nor in my budget, they didn't have the car for the price advertised & I was getting pretty frustrated & ready to give up on owning a brand new car. Then there was an ad in the Sunday Butler Eagle from Cochran in Natrona Heights, the prices were good so I thought I would try one last time at a dealer, so I headed to Cochran & so glad I did!! I walked in, met Jason, told him what car I was interested in, the price I could afford, and after a little while, I was driving home my brand new Chrysler 200!!! I have been recommending Cochran to pretty much everyone I have talked to since they all love my new car. A big thank you to Jason & Jim for all of their help, they did an outstanding job & I am very impressed with Cochran. Happy driving for me!! Thank you so much again, a job well done!!!!!!
