We highly recommend this dealership. The attention given to us was heart-warming. The attention to detail during the explanation/signing and review process was over-the-top!

We drove away in our new beautiful white 2013 Elantra with no further questions and a full understanding of the entire process. We were informed of everything; the proceedure, the paperwork needed, the information books and booklets, even Bluetooth. Nothing was left to question.

We appreciate the outstanding customer service and friendliness of the all professional staff.

We highly recommend this team!

My Review of #1 Cochran Hyundai South Hills:
Visiting #1 Cochran South Hills Hyundai, we were welcomed in by Ryan Shaffer. My father and I knew what we were looking for and were previously assisted by the call center on prices and such. Once in the dealership Ryan showed us the Elantra and gave us EVERY piece of information on the vehicle. He literally knew every little detail about it and was an excellent salesman. He shared stories about his wife and son with us as we discussed the vehicle and this made the experience extremely comfortable. He took the time we had and used it by showing us exactly what we wanted-he was honest and humble. Ryan was more a friend opposed to a salesman and that really stood out! He knew what I needed, what I wanted and the price that I wanted to work with and made it happen. It was a complete success. I would STRONGLY suggest anyone looking for a car that is reliable, very well priced and has a great warranty to visit #1 Cochran South Hills. Ask for Ryan and you WILL have a wonderful, non-stressful experience!

Went to South Hills Hyundai to find my car. Anthony "The Kid" was very helpful. Was willing to answer any questions I had. I was looking for a new car and was quite thrilled to find out that they had the car that I had been researching online. They all made sure that I was happy with my purchase. After finishing the paper work, I just had to wait a few minutes for Anthony to get done helping a new hire with some potential customers. This speaks volumes to me, that they are willing to guide new employees through the process and help them make a potential sale. I was a little hesitant to go to Cochran because I was told to stay away from multiple people. But after dealing with them, I can say that whoever told me to stay away was wrong. I will definitely be dealing with Cochran in the future and I will be recommending all my friends in the market for a new car to check Cochran out.

My Review of #1 Cochran Hyundai South Hills:
I have been taking my 2005 Elantra to the service department ever since I bought it. Sales can be great but if the service department does not match up with quality care and an affordable price, then the dealership does not provide an overall positive experience. I have been more than pleased with the service department. As a woman, there is always the concern of being taken advantage because of lack of automotive knowledge and expertise. But so far, I have never felt that way at the South Hill dealership.My vehicle has been well taken care of. Most of the service reps have been very easy to deal with - the past two times I have had Cheyne Brooks and he has been great! He always welcomes me with a smile - never too busy for questions or explanations - very proactive and thorough with my vehicle - even helps with discounts available. He is always my first choice when I make an appointment and definitely a reason to keep coming back.
