Being 65 years young, I have bought several cars and my recent experience buying a Kia at Cochran in Robinson was by far the most pleasant. The staff that I dealt with we're very honest And accommodating. Just a very relaxed and friendly encounter.

Our first visit but not our last. Will visit for our auto needs. We were well versed on the vehicle, but will need months to learn all the great features.. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was very comfortable buying here. The dealership is close to where we live.

I had previously purchased a Kia Spectra for my daughter's college graduation present. She has had nothing but good experiences at Cochran Kia. My experience with this visit was that everyone was friendly and professional. Dave Ganser was extremely well versed on the features of the vehicle. He even set up my bluetooth phone. Rob Williams helped me get a fair price for my trade and Kevin Covert made the paperwork signing fast & efficient. All in all it was a Great Experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and purchase here again.

I knew before coming into the Kia @ Robinson showroom, I have Champagne tastes, with Soda Pop wallet. I really wanted a new Optima SXL, but figured I would have to settle for the lower priced EX or LX. Dave tried his best to get the numbers right, but we we're just too far apart, and I ended up not purchasing a vehicle. Dave was persistant and saw an opportunity for me to take advange of a new program Kia was offering and soon was able to sit me behind the wheel of my brand new 2013 Optimaq SXL with all the bell's and whistles.

Great staff....Dave could not have been more pleasant.

My husband and I came into the dealership looking for a new car. We met Tom a few years ago and bought our first KIa, we loved it and enjoyed working with Tom. We asked for him this time, because he was so easy to talk to. We bought a Sportage, and at a very good price. Tom is the best. We not only enjoy our cars but we have made a new friend.

We have been Kia customers since 2005 and presently own a 2005 Kia Sorento , 2010 Kia Soul , and have been leasing a 2010 Kia Forte Koupe. Our lease was up on the Forte Koupe and my son wanted to purchase it. Unfortunately , the Kia Dealership where we have a relationship wanted an additional $5oo dollars. I contacted Kia who informed me we could buy the lease from any dealersip ; Kia of Robinson
did not charge us the additional money and treated us like gold. Needless to say we are extremely upset at how our former Dealership treated our years of loyalty , however , the silver lining is that there are dealerships like Cochran that remind you why we are Kia Customers.
We will be bringing our vehicles to Robinson from now on and next year we will be trading our Soul in on a new Sportage AWD . Many thanks
to the personnel and Sales Force for treating us fairly , professionally and exemplifying the customer service approach to buying a car.

My overall experience was amazing with #1 Cochran and especially with the Kia representative, Ron Gardner. To start, I emailed the dealer to receive a price quote on a few vehicles. Ian Sharpley from the online department responded promptly and I had a quote within a few hours. After that I decided to stop by Kia Robinson and that's where I met Ron. He was informative, engaging, and very friendly. Ron showed me the ins and outs of the Kia Optima. Then he took me on a test drive. Upon our return, we discussed prices further. Ron combed through the incentives and bonuses to insure I would get the lowest possible price. At this point I was pretty set on getting the Kia Optima, but if I did have any doubts the fact that they let me take the car home for the night sealed the deal. I returned the next day to purchase the car. You can tell that #1 Cochran and their representatives genuinely care about the overall customer experience and pride themselves on meeting customer expectations. My family and I will definitely return to #1 Cochran for all our future car purchases.

When looking in the showroom the first car that caught my eye was a red kia sportage. Told my husband "that's mine" Ron Gardner came up and showed us around. Sure liked that sorento too. We visited the showroom several times that week. They probabaly thought we were moving in. We met so many nice people. Can't praise them enough. Ron was so patient as was his sidekick Chad. There was no question they couldn't answer. We weren't rushed, not pressured. That little red car is now ours. When we hit the lottery this week we'll be back for theSorento so keep it shined.
