GREAT TRUCK...COULDN'T BE HAPPIER I recently needed to get a new truck, I didn't want to go through another winter in my current one. Being someone with "not so great credit" the proc I recently needed to get a new truck, I didn't want to go through another winter in my current one. Being someone with "not so great credit" the process of shopping and getting the truck I want can be pretty tricky. I did some searching online and came across a bunch of nice trucks and called the dealership. The owner Bob answered and was really nice and told me about all the different trucks. I told him I had a credit problem and he let me know they specialize in finance and would be able to help . When I got there Bob greeted me and brought me out and had the truck I was interested in sitting near the door. He let me take it for a test drive by myself. I took it for a test drive and really liked it. I got back and expected the finance aspect of the sale to be difficult. Bob worked with me and helped me get a loan which was a lot better than I expected. I am really happy that I chose this dealership to go to. I got the truck I wanted and a loan better than I expected. I would and have already recommended this dealership to my friends. More

My experience was great! I got help thru the whole process and I didn't feel that I was taken advantage of! I found one of their cars in an ad that I had liked and when I called to check it out we mad process and I didn't feel that I was taken advantage of! As soon as I arrived I was assisted by Bob, who was very kind and positive towards me, he offered his ideas and opinions to help compare cars that I had been looking at, things to look out for and cars that were safe and good on gas! I ended up with a car that I love and runs great for a price that I was looking to spend! Highly recommended!!! More

They are easy to get financed with and then from there everything goes dowmhill. We signed papers Monday and were told the truck needs to go through servicing to make sure it passes. It was ready until Sunday afternoon and only because we kept calling. Different excuse everyone. At one pool.t of talking to bob he thought he had just talked to me but it wasn't me. I wanted a GMC Yukon with a clean interior, and all the other places I went to ha I found 495auto.com when searching for a clean, low mileage SUV. I wanted a GMC Yukon with a clean interior, and all the other places I went to had clams for sale, with leather seats with big holes, dirty floors, cracking windshields needing repair. If those other dealers don't care enough to clean them up, I don't want to buy them! I had searched all of Manchester, NH, and after noting that all I found up here were pigs, I decided to check elsewhere. I found clean cars in Plaistow, NH at a couple of dealerships, and a gem (which I now own) of a Yukon from the 495 Auto Group. I don't know how he found this truck. It's a Champagne colored GMC Yukon Denali with only appx 66,000 miles, and a brand new looking interior, paint is perfect and flawless. Usually I was finding the inferior Sport trim package, and the seat belt wearing a hole through the seat... and they were sometimes the same price range as this Yukon Denali. My first introduction on the phone was with Peter, who is very polite and was quick to assure me that there were several candidates in my price range, all with low miles. He convinced me to take a ride out from Manchester. I also checked other dealers in the area, and found lower prices (than Manchester) and clean cars at 3 places: 495 Auto Group (Across from McDonalds) J.T.S. Auto and Truck, and Leavitt Auto and Truck. I'm telling all my friends in Manchester now to go to Plaistow or Haverhill, MA for their next car, because of the quality and price I was finding. It was worth the trip, and I would have bought a truck at one of the other places, but I fell in love with that Denali (best for last). We were pleasantly surprised at the low price offered by Pete, but after speaking with the manager or (owner,?) Bob, we were able to knock another 500 off the price. It needed some minor work... cruise control, premium sound system had an issue. When we brought the vehicle back for these repairs, they were taken care of quickly, while we waited only 1/2 hour. The Service Technician (Anthony) was friendly, helpful, courteous, and dressed like a professional. After he finished, they washed and vacuumed the car, and put down paper mats. The technician explained what had been done, asked me if I had any questions, and told me to come back any time if I had any questions about my SUV. I bought this truck for under 16k. I was given a $1000 allowance for my trade-in, which i doubt I could have gotten by private sale. Financing was quick, easy, and Peter had it done almost immediately. I've now put several thousand miles on this GMC Yukon, and I love it more than ever. The stereo is booming, and I use the cruise constantly. I know I will be happy to go back to that used car dealership in Haverhill, Massachusetts when I go to trade this up. This is the nicest I have ever had, and they at 495 Auto Group are a professional used car dealership, which the big used car places could take a lesson from. More
