I told myself that whenever I was ready to get another car I would go back to her because she made me feel like family. I do a lot on my own and I rarely have help so I love the fact that she is so welcoming and honest about the whole car buying/financing process. She takes the time out to assess my personality and matches it to the perfect car that suits me and my lifestyle. She's greatly appreciated! Also all the team members are very positive and welcoming. I know that it's a sales job but everyone is so supportive of one another. I was the last one to leave the dealership and we all were tired and ready to go home but they still managed to clap for me. That type of dedication to customer satisfaction is unlike anything I have ever experienced. And I also want to thank Shalique Carballo for his patience when it came to finalizing everything and there is another gentleman there, I forgot his name but he was very welcoming, shook my hand, greeted everyone and continued to check in on me throughout the process. Did not feel salesman was very transparent and/ or knowledgeable. He misrepresented sales price with add-ons, misspoke in regards to credit score and financing rates. However, Mrs. Dee was wonderful to work with AFTER we purchased vehicle and Finance office, Shaq was great but again, salesman did not even inform him correctly of the purchase price and agreement made. I hate car buying and have put this off for 7 months. I made one call to Vincent and he located the exact car I wanted on the lot and he gave the 'out the door price.' I was never pressured and he made it a point to meet me on his day off. The price didn't change and I was never pressured to buy something else. I dropped my car off for a repair on the front passenger side cv axle. I have a warranty that covers the diagnostic, repair costs and taxes, while I am responsible for $100 deductible. I also requested an side cv axle. I have a warranty that covers the diagnostic, repair costs and taxes, while I am responsible for $100 deductible. I also requested an alignment, which cost $119. So, my total out of pocket was $219. I was shocked to say the least when I was informed that my total out of pocket was $574.95. I questioned how was I responsible for an additional $355.95? I was told that it took the technician 4 hours to repair my car. I contacted my warranty company and they advised that the total hours for the repair according to the labor hour guide was 2.5 hours. After a lot of back and forth, I was contacted and informed that “Maxcare cleared everything up and advised how the additional hours would be paid”. Well, that was not true, because Maxcare was not paying for any additional hours, as the invoice that was sent to them did not contain “additional “ hours. So upon picking up my car, I looked at the invoice and it was not the same invoice that the service advisor sent to me with the “additional” hours. Somehow, the labor costs magically decreased to the correct amount ($494.95), as opposed to what I was sent ($819.95). Long story short, the employee tried to overcharge me and I will never return to ALM Kia due to fraudulent charges. I can just imagine how many customers had been “up charged” by your facility. Also, when I picked up my vehicle, NOONE wanted to assist my husband and I. We waited for help and then had to walk into an advisors office, in which his demeanor was rude and he acted as if we were bothering him. This facility is the worst! More

My experience with the service department was very positive. I arrived at my appointed time, and was greeted by my assigned Kia representative. Normally I would give them a 4 star rating, unfortunately this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. There was a lack of good communication between the dealership and myself and often fel this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. There was a lack of good communication between the dealership and myself and often felt mislead by the staff when it came to progress updates being given to me. End the end the repairs were made and I am happy to have my car back. I will state that when I was able to speak with the Service Manager that the car repair experience did turn around and he was very helpful in getting the job done and getting my car back to me in a timely manner after our 1st conversation. More
