I brought my 2017 Fiat 500 in to have an oil change and the wheels rotated as per my warranty. I ended up with one hubcap missing and the three hubcaps were not put on properly. One is impossible to get of the wheels rotated as per my warranty. I ended up with one hubcap missing and the three hubcaps were not put on properly. One is impossible to get off. I have never had such unprofessional service. There was another customer there too and she had to come back because they didn't do it right the first time. More

Disappointed with service took my 1500 truck for a wheel alignment after 3 1/2 hours I left the dealership, my truck was not working properly still pulling to left and steering wheel not straight. Couple days later I tried speaking to the technician to find out what he had done no luck, a advisor was supposed to call me back, never did One week later took truck back they checked the alignment and found out it was out of alignment, did not apologized for the first correction but told me I should have came back the same day when I thought the truck not working right. My advice be aware of their mistakes. More
