My Review of Acella Chrysler Inc:
Do not cooperate with customer. I needed them to call the warranty company to cover an expensive repair and they simply would not do it. Also, if you didn't buy the car there, then they wont service you on Saturdays. Had several instances where I need an issue addressed that day and they would only make an appointment for weeks later.
Highly "NOT" recommend!

My Review of Acella Chrysler Inc:
Owner very nasty, rude, and no professional conduct. I bought a brand new 2004 LEMON (pacifica) from this loser. The car has been in the shop for weeks on end (4 different times, to be specific). Now my car needs an oil change and rotation of tires and he actually wants to CHARGE ME $115.00 for it. Very Very obnoxious towards women, raising his voice and all over $115.00. Poor Poor businessman...he needs a class in customer service. Do not recommend using ACELLA CHRYSLER. Bad Experience and RUDE owner. why give him money, when you can go elsewhere.
