I bought a used bmw at a good price, low mileage, and in great shape. Very pleased with the car. I've bought many cars over the years and this was probably the easiest and least pressured purchase. I found the car on their website and when contacted, Chris had the car ready for a test drive when I showed up. They didn't even pressure me to use their financing or "extra special warrantees". If my biggest complaint was that I had to wait an hour for an inspection sticker, then I was doing very well. Very pleased with the dealership. Will definitely go back again.

I recently purchased a used vehicle at the Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. The 2005 Avalon was in excellent condition. This was the fourth used car I've bought from Acton Toyota over many years. As always, the sales staff was very helpful. My sales representative, Bob Gaudet, was fantastic. He was very informative and encouraged me to try other models. After looking at some models at the main facility in Littleton with the help of John Bernard, I decided on th Avalon. John graciously continued to answer my questions and printed out the vehicles service records for me. I went back to the Annex and purchasing the Avalon from Bob couldn't have been easier. With one call to my insurance company and my trade-in (96 Camry) I was able to drive my new used car home.

Chris Todd was extremely knowledgeable and focused entirely on meeting my needs! He allowed me to acquire the perfect car at a great price! Every aspect of my experience with Chris and the dealership was pleasant and customer focused. There was no overt pressure put on me and at no time did I feel that Chris was trying to manipulate me for a sale. Instead, he was fullfilling my objectives and making the entire buying experience simple and straightforward, handling all the post sale necessities himself (registration, inspection, full tank of gas, detailing the car inside and out etc.). I would recommend Chris and the dealership without reservation to family and friends!

It has been some time since I visited a "true" car dealership to purchase a vehicle. Generally, I've done private sales or purchased from small lots, and that was mainly because I've dreaded the typical run around you receive at large dealerships. This was not the case at the Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. Bob Gaudet was very easy to deal with, friendly, very low pressure. I would definitely recommend dealing with Bob for your purchases. What is more important is that Bob was very responsive post sale. There was a minor problem with one of the wheels on the car and Bob took care of setting up an appointment for me with their service department and I was given no hassles about their fixing the issue. Overall, an extremely positive experience.

After searching all over the metro west and north shore areas for a used car, I happened to find one I was interested in at Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. Not only did they have the vehicle available (unlike OTHER places that had vehicles posted but were not available anymore, or they had a deposit on them and even after calling told me they were still available), but the folks at Acton Toyota Used Car Annex made sure the vehicle was ready for a test drive when I showed up. I simply called, told them I was interested, walked inside, gave the sales associate my license to copy, and he handed my wife and I the keys for a test. No hassles, no sales pitch on the test drive. We truly appreciated being able to take the car out on our own.

The atmosphere here was relaxed and the sales associate Chris didn't pressure us into a sale. In fact, he didn't even ask if we wanted to buy the vehicle. We had already decided half way through the test drive. Other dealerships should take a page from this company's sales training manual.

We may have been able to haggle on the price of the vehicle but neither my wife nor I felt it was necessary or worth the hassle. After doing our research on similar vehicle prices we knew their listed price was fair.

I would recommend going to Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. (Unpaid commercial complete) :)

This dealership is fantastic! My car was totaled a few weeks ago and I headed to Acton to purchase a car I had seen on their website. Bob was great! I didnt have the insurance check yet and he was super helpful working with me and giving me the time i needed to get everything in place. The car was spotless when i picked it up and couldnt be happier with my purchase. Steve and Frank in financing were also great. Everyone that works at the dealership made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. I would definately do business with them again!.

Tomas was incredibly responsive to all my questions and worked hard to meet my needs on the deal. Steve did a great job lining up financing and made the entire process extremely easy. On a minor issue prior to my taking possession of the car, the entire team was efficient and 100% dedicated to getting me what I wanted.

Would definitely recommend this dealership and salespeople to others. A great experience and I love the car.

Found a car I was interested in via Internet, made an appointment to see the car, car was ready to look at when we arrived, Tomas answered all of our questions, let us take a drive, we discussed price after the test drive, Tomas introduced us to the sales manager Steve Augusta who thanked us for visiting and left us glad we had spent the time. We spent the next few hours deciding whether the car was a good fit for us, called Tomas with a counter offer and had a confirmed deal that afternoon. Since then, picking up the car, having it delivered to NH, getting the accessories we were verbally promised and they delivered upon was all painless and completed as promised. I can't say enough about how pleasant the sales process was. Is the car perfect? Nope, it is a used car and everything the ads said it would be. Did we get a fair deal? Absolutely. I would shop at this dealership again if they had a car that fit our needs.

They were very friendly and worked hard at getting me to the price I was looking for. They also gave me a little bit more time than usual to get the right financing I needed to make it possable. I realy enjoyed my experience there and would recommend anyone looking for a car to go there first.
