My Review of Acton Toyota of Littleton:
I needed a new car and had decided on a Prius because of all the great reviews they had gotten, plus everyone I knew who drove one only had great things to say about them. The only thing I didn't know was if I wanted new or used Prius. I searched dealers across MA and found that Acton Toyota had the largest selection of new and used inventory, so I called up and spoke with Juliana Chaves, from the internet sales team, and made an appointment to come down. She was very friendly and showed me the new 2010 in red (which I had told her was my favorite car color) and then she showed me some used ones that fit a certain set of criteria I was looking for. She went over in full detail what every car offered and how much it would cost me in the end. I was really appreciative that she didn't try to sell me other models or cars out of my price range - I told her what I wanted and she stuck to that, which really took the stress out of the car search.

When I made my decision a few days later to get a new 2010 Prius, she asked me how I was planning on picking it up since she knew I was using a rental car. Unfortunately the rental car place would not drop me off or pick the car up at the dealership, so Juliana offered to follow me to the rental place to drop off the rental so that I could get my car. The rental place was a half hour away from the dealership. I was extremely impressed that she would go so far out of her way to help me get my car - that's unheard of!

I cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly everyone was at Acton Toyota. Juliana, Keith in finance, and the service team (when I went back for my inspection sticker) answered every question I had with a direct answer and they were all very pleasant.

I recommend them without hesitation.

My Review of Acton Toyota of Littleton:
Acton Toyota's Internet Service Group was recommended to me by a friend and proved to be all that was promised. My transaction was processed quickly and efficiently.

At a time when inventory is scarce on some models, they were able to locate a new 2010 Sequoia that met my needs. My vehicle search, price quotes, and all communication was over the telephone or on email. The price was fair and the process was smooth and easy.

I would use Acton Toyota again for new or used vehicles.

We purchased a new Rav4 from Acton Toyota because we feel really comfortable with the dealership. We looked at a few other cars in this price range and felt the rav4 was our best bang for the buck. This is our second new car purchase from Acton Toyota and it was an excellent experiance along with an excellent salesperson in Bob Rabb.

My experience was all positive. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was friendly and helpful. No push, no up-sell, no price games. Best internet price quote on a new Prius 2010. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

A person everyone would like to meet as a sale person to buy not pushy, Takes in your information and work with you make sure he keeps in your budget, Make sure you understand what you are buying, Allowes you to make a smart dession to buy what you want or better yet what you made need. I could go on, and on about Steven great qualites, but I have to get back with the family now. My Review of Acton Toyota of Littleton:
Anticipating a stressful esperience in purchasing a used SUV, I was totally surprised by the excellent customer service and professionalsim of Mr Leo Allgaier, Sales & Leasing Consultant. His attention to detail and 'can do' attitude made the buying process a 'tell your friends to visit this dealership' experience.

Addressing a minor problem one day after the sale, Leo made sure that I was in contact with the Littleton Service Center whereby the issue was resolved efficiently and quickly. As a followup, I received a personal call from Leo that evening to make sure everything went well and if I had any questions or concerns.

Although I met several of the Toyota team along the way, my first and last contact was with Leo. It is because of him that I will recommend Toyota of Littleton and as I move forward with developing 'excellent' customer service training modules for my clients, you can be sure that Leo will be featured in one of the case studies!

I bought 2010 V6 RAV4, and I really liked the process. No pressure, very reasonable advices – what should be better for me. Everything was as it should be. No games or tricks with the price. When the car arrived and we found that the mats were not what we discussed – I got these all-weather mats for free in addition to what we agreed on (just a small example). Thanks!
