Vann is very helpful on my new car purchase. I've bought 3 cars (including this time) by now since I've resided in Mass in 2011. This time is the best buying experience to me among three. hassle-free, no pressure, and a transparent and quick quoted price. I will recommend him to my friends if someone who want to buy new cars.

This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Stephen was professional and warm. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We were treated with respect. We were treated like adults. Stephen and I had emails to each other for months. Never was he pushy or negative. He just would check in and see if I had any questions. There was no pressure to purchase now or else. Then when my husband and I met him and drove a highlander he let us take it alone. In other dealers I waited for 30 minutes to get a key and then would drive in the parking lot with the salesman talking the whole time. Not my idea of a test drive. My husband and I are very pleased with our service and have already told our friends. We are very impressed and thankful.

I wanted a used Honda Civic with standard shift which is not easy to find these days. I found a good possibility on line at Acton Toyota so we phoned. From there on we were given excellent information and excellent service even though we were not aiming for a Toyota. We made the long trip to Acton and left having bought the car in part because we were impressed with the quality of information which gave us confidence that they mean what they say. They made all the paper work extremely easy and took care of everything involved in re-registration. Really terrific.

After waiting a long and tiresome five years I was finally ready to make the plunge and get a car for myself. I was apprehensive having a few failed car experiences before. Yet the time had come and on that fateful Saturday my mind was set - I could not return to my job on Monday without a car. A best friend who recently spent months also searching for a car, landed her new beauty also from Acton Toyota Used Car Annex and said, "Just check it out." So I figured, sure, I'll make the drive out, and worst case is I leave there with nothing and continue searching. We arrived at the lot and Chris politely made his way to me and my dad, introducing himself and asking me what I was looking for. After I explained what I knew I needed and what my absolute max of price was, he assured me they could find something that would fit my requirements. And he did! As soon as I saw the car I had a positive feeling. Test driving it, by myself, with no pressure from Chris is what I think sealed the deal. We took the car, just me and my dad, out on the road, making sure I felt comfortable in it and, when we returned, I was confident that this was the car for me. We opted, just in case, to take some time, have some lunch, test drive at one more location, which was a terrible choice in hindsight, and promptly returned to Chris and Annex knowing that I was set, I had found my car. Plus, he let me test the car one more time before signing any paperwork, to make sure that, yes this is what I was really wanted. I am so grateful that they had something I was looking for, a car that fit my parameters, and at a location that worked very hard to make sure that on Monday afternoon, I was driving back to my work on the other end of the state in the car that made me happy. I know that even my parents, who will be searching to trade in soon are now looking at the Annex and would like to come back in the future to get their own newer vehicle. I will absolutely recommend this location to others. Thanks again!

I worked with Stephen Poulin, an internet sales person. Through a number of emails and telephone calls, I knew that Stephen was forthright and presented an honest representation of himself. There was no sense of pressure in any of our "conversations" on-line or telephone. In making my visit to Acton Toyota to complete the purchase, even though I only spoke to 2 people, I had the sense that the facility is well run, and the employees are helpful and competent

This is my first time ever to lease a car. Ken was very helpful with the whole process, including trading in my old car. I am very impressed with the facility there, especially the friendliness of the people there.

I contacted Shawn via the internet regarding purchasing a 2012 Toyota after much research. I was interested in 2012 Camry SE Limited . I already had a 2010 Corolla and had decided to go with a biger car. Shawn's helpful, professional and knowledge about Toyota products was instrumental in our decision making process. Acton Toyota and their staff were low key in their sales pitch which was appreciated and I will certainly consider buying there again.
