My Review Of Acura 101 West:

I needed a new car for my 22 year old daughter. We have been driving by this place for years. So on Saturday we decided to give it a try. We test drove the new TSX. My Daughter loved the car. So negotiating was the next step. They Sales lady was nice and Positive. She made sure we did not get the run around. The payment was reasonable. I would strongly recommend this dealership to everyone.

My Review Of Acura 101 West:

I purchased my Acura TL from her over 4 months ago. The guys that sold me the car gave me True pricing. I did not believe it but after spending 2 weeks shopping around. I got exactly what I wanted. No waste of time, just a straight forward deal.

Finance guy was also a blessing as he saw I have had 2 other cars payed off and a high credit score.

I would want to go back. but I am good for the next 5 years.

My Review Of Acura 101 West:

Went in to look a a pre-owned Acura TSX. Sales person was uninformed about the vehicle, and the sales manager Amir was not interested in closing the sale. Kept talking about their true price system. After leaving we were contacted by the dealership General Manager, Mr. Fortier trying to rectify the situation. At that time we were done and were making a better deal at Thousand Oaks Acura.

My Review Of Acura 101 West:

Because of the way I was treated by this dealer & the Customer relations representative (who knows the service manager)I will be buying a Lexus. Nice until you don't agree to their "plan". Then nasty. Loved my TL and wanted another one, but don't trust Acura or their parent company, American Honda.

My Review Of Acura 101 West:

Do not trust this dealership. First, I made a mistake in not doing my homework about Certified Pre-owned vehicle (CPO). I was informed the vehicle I was purchasing, a 2011 MDX, had never been repaired. I looked through the vehicle, but assumed it was a CPO and shouldn't have any major problems. I new it was used and did not expect a perfect vehicle. Since it was an Acura dealership and a CPO vehicle i did not my homework thoroughly. What a mistake. A used car is a used car. The next day after purchasing the vehicle i noticed an area of discoloration. I brought it to my mechanic/body shop who informed me a good portion of the vehicle had been repainted and repaired. I brought it back to the dealership and they stated they had no idea it had been repaired and repainted, even after it had been certified by their technician. They offered to repaint the vehicle at my expense. After being there for hours and finally speaking with a manager they offered to pay a majority of the expense. When i received the vehicle back after a week the paint job was horrible, very unprofessional. Buyer Beware! Plenty of other Acura dealerships to choose from. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS DEALERSHIP!

I took my 2005 Acura TL to 101 West in Calabasas to get the door handle extension replaced. Ray Garcia was very helpful and polite. I got my door handle extension fixed in a timely manner with a great price. I am completely satisfied with my service at Acura 101 West. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you again!

My Review Of Acura 101 West:

My wife and I went there to purchase a used vehicle for our daughter. We found a vehicle we liked, but we were pressured to buy it then and there, the salesman assuring us that it wouldn't last the weekend. We trusted him, and decided to take it to our mechanic that Monday morning. According to our mechanic, the car was a disaster and should've never been sold. The car was in need of extensive repairs -- $4,000 worth. To make a long story short, instead of taking care of the customers, they take advantage of their customers, hiding behind the excuse "well, you should've known better when buying a used car". Sadly, this once quality dealership is now run by the same seedy, distrustful salesmen you'd find on a corner in Pacoima. Looking for a vehicle? Shop somewhere else.

My Review Of Acura 101 West:

In 2010 we went looking for an Acura SUV. We went to Acura 101 and met with a salesman, an older gentleman who showed us around and took us on a test drive. When we asked for leasing prices, the "closer" took over. I don't know his name but he was very young and "Slick." He presented himself as a fast-talker with a no-nonsense approach. He said he didn't want to haggle over price and gave us a bottom line. His attitude was so haughty and rude that we walked out. We turned around and bought an RDX from Acura in Westlake Village, Ca. I will not return to this dealership ever...

My Review Of Acura 101 West:

Buying a car from Acura101 West with Gabriela Ramzi’s help was the best experience I ever had buying a car. Like most people I had my share of bad experience with car sales people who had no interest in trying to understand the needs of customers but do anything to meet their sales goals. Most of my experiences involved very uncomfortable situations where the sales person kept on creating very high pressure sales techniques meant to make me sign in for a car I did not really want to buy. Gabriela made me very comfortable and from the onset I understood that I will not walk out with a deal that I will regret later. The first car I looked at was a 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD. Gabriela explained all the features of the car from the sophisticated voice navigation technology to the drive train. She took me on a test drive on roads that let me experience all the benefits of having the upgraded engine and powertrain. I left the dealership without buying the car because I was not ready to buy the car for the price the dealer was asking, which actually was lower than any other similar car on Autotrader. Gabriela did not make me feel bad about leaving the dealership without buying the car after all the effort she made to put me in a car of my dream.
Even though I did not buy the first car Gabriela gave me a call after few weeks and asked if I am still interested in the Acura TL. I told her I am actually looking for a 2010 MDX instead. She called me back after few days with the right kind of car, the color mileage and price was perfect. I committed to buy the car even before I saw the picture, car fax or any detailed description. This says a lot about how much of a trust worthy person Gabriela is. I did not for once doubt what she was saying about the car’s condition was all true. She recommended me a shipping company and she made sure my car gets loaded on the truck safely. She even texted me a picture of my car loaded on the truck leaving the dealership. This is the best experience I ever had buying a car ;a trust worthy sales person who tries to understand the needs of the customer without putting pressure on customers so that they don’t leave the dealership without buying a car. I very strongly recommend Acura101West and Gabriela Ramzi for all my friends and family!

My Review Of Acura 101 West:

I called them up and specified my car condition and my requirements. When I arrived, I was not even greeted. When asked around, he took all the information. I had specifically requested loaner vehicle and he said it was not available. When I asked can I reschedule when it was aware because I can not be without car for extended period of time. He said you can call later. And he gave me my keys back!!! No discussion, no sorry, nothing. It was like he was doing me favor by servicing my car. This is not what I experience at other dealership. I have used Acura Dealership (Center Acura and Acura Thousand Oaks ) and had very pleasant experience. Acura- Pay attention and fix the issue. I have been life long acura owner but today's experience might have changed that!!!
