Do "NOT" buy from this dealership, Very VERY RUDE the, finance manager Lindsey Mumm was very rude, she did not keep up on her promises made after we signed the contract!! On top of that they said the car was to be there that day and it was not, it has been 3 days already and it is still not there and they are unable to tell us when it will be. I called them and told them if i do not have our car in a day we are walking to Valencia Acura and sending our business to them!!

My Review of Acura 101 West:
deal w robert and eventually his sales manager and the gm. bought a tsx in september, and long story short from the time we agreed on everything until the time they printed the contracts the payments mysteriously jumped up $5+ a month! They of course said why would we ever try to scam you over a few undred dollars, but come on, dealership software is not tricky, click save a deal, its saved, changes are made by humans only...anyways stay away...i am in the car bisiness and i help many many friends buy cars , stay away from here contact me if you ned a recommendation...good lunk
