My Review of Acura Of South Bay:
I recently purchased an '06 RSX from South Bay. As they were the only dealership within a 300 mile radius that had the exact car I wanted, I drove the 200 miles to them. Upon negotiation of the sale, Nadeem agreed to include a trunk-tray w/ the deal, however since the parts dep. was closed (Sunday) we agreed that it would be shipped to me.
2 1/2 months and 4 unreturned phone calls later, I have STILL not received my trunk-tray. Two of the times I called, Nadeem said that it would be shipped that day. I finally called Acura Client Services only to, once again, get no response from the dealership. I finally dealt w/ someone in the parts dept. who, after forgetting to ship it for a week, now says it's in transit (we'll see).
Overall I am very displeased with the customer service from this dealership. I would STRONGLY recomend going to another dealership (knew I shoulda bought a mustang).
