My Review of Acura of Dayton:
The recommendation is "neutral" -- but this option is not available.
I called to schedule an appointment at 10:00 AM and the receptionist indicated that everyone was busy. By 5:00 pm that day, no one had call so I called again. Two of the service were actually available to service my call because one person was having PC problems.
Another time I visited, I was told it would take1.5 - 2 hours to fix it and should be done by noon. Noon past and didn't receive a call. I called and they said it would take 1.5 hours and they were busier than expected.
My conclusions:
- My early appointment that I had scheduled a week ago didn't mean anything.
- The customer service wasn't as responsive in terms of returning a call or providing an update on my car.
- In the past, I have heard service isn't as good when you haven't bought the car from the dealership......well, seems like this statement is still holding true.....hopefully, the next experience will be better.
It's not extremely terrible -- but I cculdn't highly recommend it if you haven't bought your car from the dealership.
