My Review of Acura of Libertyville:
I bought a new Acura MDX 2012 from this Acura Livertyville Dealership.
Scott Evans was the contact sales person over there, he was very good in all the process of selling the car.
he ensured me that the car was in perfect condition before delivery.
I would recommend this dealership.

Last thing i want to mention he gave me a very good deal on price which no other
dealers matched close to it.

Luigi Micelli was very honest and forthright from the gate. It was clear he wants to sell quality vehicles without putting his customers in a bad spot or into a car they dont want. great service and very patient and courteous staff.

Bought a 2013 RDX. RDX color and package had to be ordered, came in week earlier than expected. Exceptional customer service, minimal negotiating necessary. Finance manager got us in and out in no time. Scott is making service appointments for us to get accessories installed. Best car buying experience ever.

My Review of Acura of Libertyville:
I have given this dealer a high rating due to the honesty and patience of Scott Weidner. I never dreamed I could have walked out of that dealership with such a wonderful used car with many features that I did not think I could afford. It is the nicest car I have ever owned and I absolutely love driving it. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I was not pressured in any way to buy new, or to look at cars I could not afford. I feel that Scott was more than patient considering that I test drove two of the four cars twice and it took me quite a while to make up my mind. I have not had much experience in car buying, but this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I can recommend Acura of Libertyville without reservation and would especially recommend Scott Weidner.

My Review of Acura of Libertyville:
We are rating the dealership so high because of the experience that we had due to the efforts fo Scott Weidner. Scott is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, non-pressure type salesman.

He should be training everyone else in how this experience should be handled.

In the end we bought a 2009 RL that was in mint condition, that Scott brought to our attention, and we never have even thought of buying a used car.

We love the car, and Scott was great.

I leased a new tax from Acura of Libertyville. Their customer service was fantastic. The paperwork was quick and they made sure I knew how to use my car when I left. They even have an owners clinic were they go over the dealership. Just an overall great experience.

My Review of Acura of Libertyville:
Never returned to the same dealer for a new car purchase from 1968-December1998.Since December1998-January 2012 I have purchased 4 new TL'S and one used Interga and had all the new cars serviced at Acura of Libertyville. Sales is always a fair price without pressure. Service- In fourteen years Problems have been rectified in one visit. Both sales and service personal are like dealing with really GOOD friends.

My Review of Acura of Libertyville:
I had been looking for a White Lexus Is250 for some time for my wife. I found what we were looking for at Accura of Libertville. I worked with Luigi and James on the phone and Charlie when we finished the paperwork.

The experience of dealing with both James and Luigi on the phone was unbelievably great. Then when we arrived Friday around 3pm Luigi had my wife at the moment he came out the door his professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. My wife had never been in Chicago and Charlie was amazing on his directions and advice on how to get downtown and where to stay in Libertyville.

Then to top it off on my way home Saturday James contacted me and made sure everything went well Friday and that we were happy with the purchase. For us being out of state that said a lot about your staff in my opinion. They are more than the typical salesman, they want to make sure that the customer is taken care of which means a lot these days. I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone from any state.

I just purchased my third Acura from this dealership. It is the excellent customer service in sales and service that keeps bringing me back. Scott was patient and helpful as it took me several visits to decide on the car to buy. Once I made the purchase he continued to work with me to make sure I was comfortable with all the new technology. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
