My Review of Acura of Riverside:
my reason for visting riverside acura was to bring a cd changer in to the parts department where i meet anthony who was very helpful with every question i had for him, thin i asked him about my srs lightthat was on in my car,that's when i meet robert who i talked with and was very helpful so i decided to let acura of riverside to check out the problem after they could not find the problem in the amount of time that i was told it would take,robert decided to just put me in a loaner car until they find and fix the problem.i have never been treated that good from no dealship in my life,i just want to say thank you and keep up the good work that's from the bottom of heart. p.s any more problem's with my 1999 acura rl you guy's are all i need your's truly john j clovis

Everyone I talked with or delt with was friendly and courteous. They were efficient and timely. The whole setup is quality. I like the waiting room with TV, water, coffee, tea and snacks (smile--and room to work.

My Review of Acura of Riverside:
I am very pleased with the service I have recieved at this dealership. I am still very nervous about my purchase as I have never purchased a non american vehicle before and I am not very familiar with them but I have high hopes of it running and lasting forever like everyone seems to say they do... This truck has made just a couple of noises that I am not comfortable with but I am so sick of taking cars in for service that I dont even want to mess with it...in my opinion they should have gone through this truck enough to make sure nothing is wrong with it... So only time will tell how my actual purchase is...

There are many Acura dealerships between my home and Riverside. I chose Acura of Riverside for the overall experience. I recently got my 3rd car from there and I thank Misty G. (sales) for that! Everyone is friendly,knowlegeable, professional and helpful. They offer excellent service deals. You can sense strong customer appreciation when you walk into the waiting room lounge. They offer everything from comfortable seats, complimentary beverages and snacks, tv and wi-fi. I would highly recommend Acura of Riverside.

My Review of Acura of Riverside:
Between my son and I we have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. All 3 vehicles have had all of their major servicing completed at this location and most of the minor servicing. We have never been disappointed in the way we were treated or the service we received. This dealership has always been very helpful and professional. When we bring a vehicle in for servicing it is completed the first time. We have not needed to return the vehicle because of problems encountered due to servicing. I appreciate their fast, efficient, service department as well as the friendly environment. I have recommended this dealership to friends and family for their sales as well as their service departments.

The service personnel are courteous and convey a sense of caring for the cusromer. A most important aspect of service at Acura of Riverside is that they do not over promise. When they say the procedure will take 90 minutes it is completed in 90 minutes or less. The credibility of both service and sales personnel is very high. I will buy another car from them when appropriate

My Review of Acura of Riverside:
I purchased a previously owned certified Acura TSX. I did quite a bit of research and visited several Acura dealers before eventually choosing the vehicle I purchased. I have to tell you, Misty Gonzalez was the reason I went to Acura of Riverside in the first place. Initially developing a relationship online when I inquired about used vehicles, Misty was patient, professional, knowleagable, friendly, and helpful. She was the same when I met her in person. My buying experience was without a doubt the best I've ever had! I believe Misty went beyond what's required of her job, such as little things like showing me how to operate several of the features the vehicle offered. In addition, George Amezcua was also very courteous, efficient, and professional. He explained the terms of the contract in detail, was not pushy, just an awesome person. Between working with Misty and George, it didn't feel like a cold place, it felt warm and inviting. I plan to highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.
