I recently purchase purchased an Acura TL at Acura of Warwick with the help of Steve, Bruce and Gina. I have gone car shopping numerous times over the last 15 years with family and friends, and I must admit the whole process left me feeling like I never wanted to step foot inside a dealership ever again. However, that all changed after going to Acura of Warwick which is why I am taking the time to express my gratitude. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Throughout the whole process while speaking with Steve and Bruce we never felt pressured, and Gina took us through the financial contract and extended warranty portion with expert care and professionalism. Even though I live an hour away, I would not hesitate to return to Acura of Warwick for my next purchase, or recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much for the wonderful deal and great experience.

I needed work done on my Acura MDX that would require me to take out a loaner car. Needed rear shocks, and a B3 regular maintenance. The day before the scheduled visit I asked Mark Sullivan what the cost was for the B3 service and he said it was $249 which was multi point check oil lube filter and the check lubricant levels. I made app t for next day and checked in first thing in the am with Josh Slade. I had a coupon for $30 off for the B3 service. He charged my $279 (up charged me the coupon amount) for the B3 service so instead of the $249 it was being billed at $279 w/ coupon thus net savings was $0.00. Found this to be very dishonest and I immediately said that Mr Sullivan had quoted me $249 the previous day.
Also I get upset when the request a copy of your credit card for a loaner. That part is not the problem, but then the service depart then rights the credit card number and the security number on the loaner lease agreement. I have showed dismay in the practice several times and they continue this practice. Please take a copy of my license and my credit card but I feel it is overkill to be writing the cc information in detail in the leas slip only of either the original or the customers copy to inadvertently get in the wrong hands.

I couldn't be more happier with my new Acura 3.2TL...I absolutely love the vehicle and still can't get over the vehicles rating and standard options...I also must mention, I am in sales myself and I have to say that Bob is a true professional from A-Z...He is an asset to his dealership and to Acura as well...I also had the pleasure of meeting Charlie and between both they made my experience exceptional...Gina in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with as well...I was always impressed with the Acura and now that I am finally driving it I have zero regrets...Thank you Bob

Thank you for the post service follow-up e-mail. I would rate my overall service (first service) with Inskip a 10+! Mark Sullivan was a real pleasure to deal with! He conducted himself in a very caring, thorough and professional manner. Plus, I had an enjoyable chat with he and Josh about past and future Acura models, and other makes of the past after my service was completed. Josh was also very accommodating on the phone when I made the appointment earlier the same day.
This was my first service with Inskip, second service since I purchased my new 2010 TSX from First Acura a little over a year ago. I was very close to buying it from you guys (even gave you a $500 deposit), but they made me a counter offer that I just couldn’t refuse, and you were unwilling to match it. You do have an impressive looking service department and showroom!
I will certainly be back as my first service experience with you was an excellent one. You know, Antonino Acura is the closest Acura dealership to my house in N. Stonington, CT – only 11 miles away, but they were unreasonably low on my trade-in and I didn’t hear good things about their service dept., so that’s why I don’t go there. And, at the time, their building was quite antiquated looking vs. yours or First Acura… As the saying goes, “Perception is reality!”
Please share this with your management team that……Penske should be very proud to have Mark Sullivan and Josh representing their organization! They are the front line in your service department, and because my first impression/service experience with them was a very positive one, that’s the reason why I’ll be back again. Although, I don’t know the mechanic who worked on my car, but based on how Mark and Josh took care of me, I have no doubt he performed his tasks equally as well.
As a result, my first grade to Inskip is an A+/10+!

I picked up my MDX yesterday (02/24/11) and absolutely love it... I will be sure to give your dealership a 10 when called but I wanted to personally let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Craig Boudreau! He was the consummate professional and went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. I have been dealing with Inskip Lexus for more than 10 years so I was used to fantastic service. I am glad to see that your Acura dealership is just at good. I will make a point to refer Craig business anytime I can... He is an asset to your organization! I also worked with Sophoin Hok in financing and we was great to work with also!

Inskip Acura lost a sale of an Acura MDX on Dec 31, 2010 due to the Rudeness of their Sales and Leasing Consultant, Craig Boudreau. While sitting down to negotiate a price, Craig was very rude to us. He obviously thought our original offer was too low and told us that "we are looking at the WRONG vehicle". While we were there to negotiate, obviously Craig did not care to discuss price any further as he continued to tell us that he only had 2 MDX's left on the lot, and was not concerned about moving them, as they sell themselves. We had done our homework, researching online what the average sale price was for the vehicle in our area, and even showed him the printouts to backup where we wanted to be for a final price as we stood up to leave feeling stunned and slighted. Although we knew we were starting lower than we expected to pay for the vehicle, as most do when negotiating, we were SHOCKED by Craig's response and attitude toward us. I thought he was there to sell vehicles for Inskip???!!! He knew that we were considering both the Acura MDX and the Lexus RX350, as we had been honest with him from the moment we walked into the showroom. Craig's attitude helped us make the final decision, and we are now PROUD owners of a Lexus RX350! The Sales Rep. at the Lexus dealership was VERY nice to us, treated us with much respect, and never gave us any of the SNOBBY attitude like Inskip Acura, even after multiple visits and test drives of their vehicle. They were very happy to sell us an SUV! Being an ALL CASH customer, as Craig was also told up front, I'd have thought we would have gotten a lot more respect from Inskip Acura! Later this year, when my husband looks for his new vehicle, as he also likes the Acura MDX, we will go to the Acura dealership in Seekonk, Massachusetts! Our money is good anywhere!

I feel that Jonathan went above and beyond in helping me in purchasing a car. He made it much easier than I ever expected. He was accomadating and efficient. I certainly will recommend Jonathan to friends.
Also the Finance Mgr Sophn Hok was a delight. Great team at Inskip Acura.

I spent countless hours researching new vehicles and found that Acura's came up to be the safest and most cost efficient- this is how I found Inskip Acura. Lori was very pleasant to speak/email with and always got back to me right away. I was more than pleased to find out that Greg would stay late for me on two occassions, as I have a very hectic work schedule. The prices here were very reasonabe, but I found that the customer service I received made it an even better deal. Jesse, the sales manager, even located the specific color combination I wanted. I enjoy my new MDX, and know that my family is as safe as can be when we travel. I look forward to bringing it back to Inskip Acura for service as well.

I bought my TSX from Inskip Acura in 2005. The sales guy I worked with was not great (he didn't last long at Inskip) but did not influence my decision that negatively to not buy the car from them.
When it comes to service and repairs though, Inskip Acura has been outstanding. With over 85,000 miles on my car I have dealt with many of the service people at Inskip. Ruth Leonard and Mark Sullivan stand out as exceptional - they know the vehicles they service extremely well and realize that a happy customer is a repeat customer. I have since moved to MA but still choose to service my vehicle at Inskip because of the quality of the experience.

I took my car they to be serviced Because I have been doing Business With Inskip Acura aka Penske. And I think the people over in the service dept. Went above and beyond for me.
I have Bought many many cars from them and I can't say anything more that I am glad to be back on the Acura team again.
