My Review of Addy Dodge Inc:
Received service work on my other car while I picked up my newly purchased 2006 Ram. Service employees were very prompt and courteous and got the job done in a very timely and affordable manner. I will continue to get my service work done at Addy Dodge and will recommend everyone else to as well.

My Review of Addy Dodge Inc:
Service techs can't follow very simple illustrated instructions. Took my 02 Ram there for service and had a horrible experience. All I needed done was a few holes plugged up with a dab of RTV and then clear sealer on the front to fix a leak issue as noted in TSB 23-003-04 (http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2004/23-003-04.htm). It's worth mentioning that I faxed the service department a copy of the TSB because the guy didnt sound so sure he knew what I was talking about. I also needed my door adjusted because it does not shut all the way. The tech's put RTV silicon where clear sealer should have been so when I got my truck back you could see a huge black mark above my windshield. and as if that wasn't enough, don't tell me you fixed the door when its exactly the same as when I brought it there. I would not recommend this dealer for service as this is not the only bad experience I've had with them.
