My Review of Admiral Automotive Group:
Finally got some kind of resolution. Brad (the owner, a terribly disreputable fellow to say the least) agreed to send me a check to get the spare wheel (I said I would purchase the tire as a peace offering). Get the check...it's for 1/3 of what a wheel that actually fits costs. This type of customer service is ATROCIOUS, and the thievery that is going on here is something the NJ authorities should be looking into. It's called FRAUD, gentlemen, and you're hip deep in it. I feel for this person who tried to get what she paid for as well. I know your pain too!! Brad, if you read these, you are vile and I hope that you get what's coming to you. I don't take well to being toyed with, especially for something that YOU agreed to you reneged on. If you had any scruples at all, you would have returned my calls, too. I know I left you the number to get a hold of me at least 10 times. You're just a thief who will get his due. COUNT ON IT. <br><br>DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. NOTHING YOU HEAR FROM THEM IS THE TRUTH. EVEN IF YOU GET IT ON PAPER, IT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM (QUITE OBVIOUSLY). ROTTEN SERVICE!!!!

My Review of Admiral Automotive Group:
I agree with everything said in the reviews above. I wish I would have read this prior to my purchasing the vehicle. They were nice up until the sale. Then all the the rules changed. They delivered the car 1 day late, and the car didn't come with all the special &quot;extras&quot; that every car comes with. ie Wheel Locks and sunroof deflector. They said these came with the car, they were not on the car. Yet they were on my buyers invoice. I did have to pay for them. The service and sales deptartments equally are terrible. Service Deptarment is an ultimate JOKE.. PLEASE LISTEN to my complaints. They are all the truth. Today I took my 1 month old car to get redetailed and all the the &quot;defects&quot; fixed. Waited from 9:30 am to 1:00. The car was &quot;finished&quot;. When I obviously noticed &quot;defects&quot; I wanted fixed were not. The sales man came out and told me I have been unhappy since day one and that is just too bad. If I want to wait again then MAYBE they can work on those things I wanted fixed. I am NOT a picky person. These are things I PAID FOR!!!This dealership provides poor quality service. Overall.

My Review of Admiral Automotive Group:
They are very nice to get the sale, then turn in the night. Working in an urban area is their explanation. They apparently get a lot of customers who are dishonest and try to lie to them. I am not one of those customers, but was treated that way. It was apparently my responsibility to get the keys for the car and purchase a cd magazine so that I could listen to CD's. Who knew? And delivering a car with no spare is not safe, nor legal. Atrocious customer service, acting like I'm asking for the world after spending $35K on a car with them (and I did the paperwork for financing !!!). I would NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, AND YOU SHOULDN'T BUY FROM THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
