My Review of Admiral Nissan:
This dealer is very unprofessional. The mechanics hang arround in the waiting areas. The customer service person complains about how she is having a bad day. They inaccuratly keep service records, wrong mechanic ID's on records and wrong diagnostic reports. They were unable to satisfy my service needs. I will never use this dealership again. I found their level of incompetance bordering on fraud. Wehn reported to Nissan North Americas Consumer Affairs, the person there just listens patiently but will not act to make corrections. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER or ONLY USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you do not trust my opinion, get more - do your research - you will find only complaints about this dealershiop and very little positive comments (if any at all). They also do not value their customers. When I told them I was not satisfied with their service and I would never use them again, the responce was "That is too bad" They did not even attempt to correct the issues. BEWARE - DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS DEALER.
