We live in the Mpls/St. Paul twin cities area. We had been patiently searching online sites for a nice, used SUV... when we happened upon a listing for a vehicle at Advantage Chev. in Bolingbrook, IL Naturally, we felt a certain amout of trepidaton about buying a vehicle from a dealership we knew nothing about... hundreds of miles from our home. But we would be traveling to the greater Chicago area to see family; so we thought we'd stop and look. My wife had called and spoken to Walter, who was very courteous and helpful over the phone.
When we arrived at the dealership, we met Chuck Williams.. who helped us look over the vehicle... and ultimately purchase it. Chuck was a wonderful sales person to work with! He was very courteous, and helpful to us while showing the vehicle, as well as while completing the paperwork. I really felt like I was dealing with an honest and forthright individual; and that gave me the confidence to purchase a vehicle so far from home. The Advantage Chev staff got us in, and out on the road in our new/used vehicle quickly! When the time comes for us to purchase again... we will definately consider another trip back to Bolingbrook - as it was definately worth it! Thanks Walter! Thanks Chuck!

My aunt and friend had just bought cars from here and they highly recommended Charlie Watson.
My mom and I went in because I was looking to purchase a new car I was looking at the new Chevrolet Sparks and I really didn't think I would get to buy one because I didn't have a lot of money down but Charlie made it happen I swear this guy knows what he is doing there is no haggling he gets exactly what you want he is defiantly for the customer and now I am in a new car with the payments I want and I cant thank him enough ! the whole experience was great, when me and my mom went in there we asked for Charlie and we got right in contact with him he asked what we were looking for and then we went and looked at all the models he was very confident that he would get me in a car that day then we test drove one and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, then we went and talked some number it was past 6 on Monday so we didn't hear back right away so we had to come back the next day which wasn't a big deal because he was trying his best, the next day he called me and told me that I got accepted for the loan and asked me when I could come back in to sign the paper and I told him when we got back in there he already had the papers worked and all I had to do was sign and I was on my way. He is GREAT and I would highly recommend him for any car purchase.
The staff was friendly and highly knowledgeable on what they were doing and made us feel very comfortable.

My wife and I walked into Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook this past Saturday with the intent to lease or purchase a new Cruze for our daughter who needs a reliable vehicle while away at college. After weighing the pros/cons of leasing vs. purchase, we decided that leasing was a more attractive option. We completed the documents on that car and then we kind of kicked around the idea of doing the same thing for ourselves. So we traded in our current car and got two new well equipped Cruze's for less money than we were paying on the previous car. While leasing may not be for everyone, it seemed to fit us better than an outright purchase. Many thanks to Alvaro Bello, our sales rep. and Walter Fields, the Sales Manager, who stated, "I'll give you a crazy-crazy deal". Both guys seemed genuinely interested in making us a deal that we were comfortable with. Both guys also made the purchasing process calm and enjoyable. We had also bought a new Chevy Silverado from Alvi last May. In both cases, he was very knowledgeable about the product(s) he was offering. It's really no wonder why he has earned so many Salesman of the Month awards. See you for the next one Alvi!

I had the best experience at Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook! I had seen a used car I liked online and called ahead of time to make sure the car was still there. They set it aside for me and when I got there I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been completely cleaned inside and out. Everyone was super nice and let me take the car for a test drive by myself. It only took me a few minutes to realize this was the car I wanted after aggressively searching for over a month. Not only do I love my new car, but I will never forget the incredible service I received. I dreaded going to dealerships because of the "typical" sales person. However, Advantage is completely different. Charlie was absolutely wonderful and made my purchase happen so I could drive the car home that night. I can't say enough about my great experience and want to thank everyone at Advantage for their awesome service.
