My Review of Advantage Infiniti of Santa Monica:
I bought my infinitie used 3 years ago at a volvo dealership. I love my car, its reliable and has never failed me. The same cannot be said about Infinitie of Santa Monica. I have never dealt with such arrogance from a service manager. you'd think i was sleazy car sales person. Its too bad that this place is so aweful because the infinitie dealership i have dealt with in New Olreans is amazing. i wouldn't wish their service on my worst enemy. I never do these rating things, but i sought this one out. Don't GO!!!!

My Review of Advantage Infiniti of Santa Monica:
Used lots of high pressure sales techniques on me. Told me deal was good for only one day. I let it expire and then they told me it was only good for one more day and then....you get the picture. Agreed on a price and then they reneged on it. Asked them to send me the out the door price in writing. Wouldn't do it. Tried getting me to put a deposit on the car I was going to buy and then refused to provide a written deposit agreement and terms of the deposit. Gave up on them and then, the sales person stalked me with multiple calls per day trying to get me to "come on down" at month end of course. It's like these guys are selling Hyundais.

My Review of Advantage Infiniti of Santa Monica:
Never have I come across a service writer that was more dishonest than Mr. Williams. Never gave me a price, but always said don't worry I'll take care of you. The way he took care of me was to tell me I needed a new air conditioner condenser, new fuel regulator. Took the car to another mechanic and was told I didn't need those items.<br>Always heard of the dishonest writers, but first time I had an experience with one. Told manangement and was told they will handle the matter and give me a call back. Well, I've been waitin one year and still no call. His name was Mr. Padilla. What ever you do NEVER go to this dealer
