My Review of Adzam Auto Sales Inc:
I purchased a used Dakota and 14 months later it cost me $2,000 dollars to repair things they said were inspected and okay at the time of purchase. Even their service manager implicated them until he realized I had purchased the vehicle from his dealer. No wonder everyone buys foreign vehicles.

My Review of Adzam Auto Sales Inc:
We had brought in our mazda mpv for repair of a check engine light an they went on a goosehunt replacing parts here and there instead of solving the problem. Then after the last repair a noise popped up and when I was driving the car back to the dealerhip for repair it broke down due to a problem with the cams.
I stronlgy believe the last "repair" was responsible for the breakdown, but adzam refused to pay in full for repair. In the end it cost us 2.5k and the check engine light still came on... until they finally replaced a sensor which they probably should have done in the 1st place).
Then they also forgot to reconnect the AC and were too lazy/incompempetent to figure that out by themselves. I am not going back there, don't let your car be serviced there.

My Review of Adzam Auto Sales Inc:
I bought my Jeep Liberty from Craig Orofino and his staff at Adzam in Bedford Hills. Mr. Orofino was incredibly helpful and his knowledge of Jeep products lead me to buying my Liberty (which I love). He worked with me until we reached a price I was comfortable with and did not push me into anything I wasn't happy with. I will definitely be recommending him to family & friends and bringing all my future car purchases to him.

My Review of Adzam Auto Sales Inc:
This dealership was a nightmare to deal with. I went with money in hand to get a new Jeep and when I asked if they could do anything on price I was shown the door. I was about to get in my car when the salesperson came up to me and asked if he could see the price quote he had just given me. He then proceeded to rip it in half in front of me and walk off. This was by far my worst experience at a car dealership ever and I have owned several new cars. Took my business elsewhere.

The manager Craig Orofino is extremely rude and dishonest. The dealer quotes one price for a car then tries to switch cars or charge you much more for the same car. Do not buy a car from them unless you want to pay thousands more than from another dealer that is honest.

My Review of Adzam Auto Sales Inc:
Very dishonest. Lied and deceived me while trying to get me to pay thousands more for a Jeep Wrangler. I went to other dealerships in Greenwich and Croton where they treated me with respect and honestly. I paid thousands less for the same car at Croton Auto and experienced excellent service! The manager at Adzam Craig Orofino was very dishonest and rude. He started yelling at me in the showroom when I asked him for his business card.
