My Review of Aeneas Williams Honda:
March 22, 2007 I took my car for a scheduled oil change and it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes because they could not get the service light reset. This is the worst service I have had at this dealership and I have had my Honda Odessy for 1 1/2 years and always before I had good service that was timely.

My Review of Aeneas Williams Honda:
I bought a Honda Pilot from this dealership on July 30 2004. I paid cash for the car it took them one and one half hours to make the deal once I told them yes I wanted the car How Much. Once I gave them a check for the car they then proceeded to fill out for me my rating of them that Honda makes all dealers give to the customer to fill out. They said my title and lic. would come in the mail. About Aug. 15 I called my Salesman Andr'e Williams and asked where my Lic. was, he said he would call me back he did not. I then contacted there head office and talked to a person that handled the lic. and title, she said that I owed 572.75 in sales tax because of a name change on the title. I ran to her a check for the amount and asked when I could pick up my lic. (Iwas not going to risk them sending it to me at this point) she said monday. I called Monday and tried to talk to the lady I had spoken to she was not in and no one knew anything about my lic. I then called the dealership and aske to speak to the General Manager (this was my third call to him he was never in I even went to the dealership and ask for him and he was not in) the girl said he was not able to come to the phone right now. If I was any one looking for a Honda Car I would not buy from this dealership.
