These people lie and say whatever to make a deal. The gas light was on when I test drove and bought the car. They claimed someone else was coming to buy the car so I needed to put a deposit down that day if light was on when I test drove and bought the car. They told me if I ever need to push my payment date by a day or two that would be fine just call or text. Well I needed to push it back by one day and they said I couldn't. That because I have monthly payments it won't let them change the date. And the only reason I was able to do it once before was because a manager approved it, but conviently she wasn't in. They have me as leasing the car instead of buying. My numbers are all wrong on the paperwork and the woman who did it seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. Never would I recommend this place. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I was assisting my grandmother with purchasing a 4 wheel drive SUV and located a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe that was within her budget at this dealer in Way I was assisting my grandmother with purchasing a 4 wheel drive SUV and located a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe that was within her budget at this dealer in Waynesboro PA. We took the vehicle on a test drive and noticed that the driver's side heated seat wasn't working. My grandmother has never been one to need creature comforts but heated seats is one thing that she wanted to have for her back and hip pain in the cold weather driving. We made a deal for the vehicle and were provided a SIGNED IOU from the dealership offering to repair or replace the Heated seat in the Tahoe. A few weeks later we made an appointment to drop off the vehicle to have it looked at and were told that the reason the seat wasn't working was because the seat was replaced at some point with a non heated seat version and there were no heating elements in the seat at all. We were verbally assured by the dealership that they would replace or repair the seat. several months went by and we did not hear a word from the dealership. I made several phone calls to the dealership and was told that the seats were hard to find and they were still working on it. given the fact that the vehicle was older I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait. several more months go by and still I heard nothing from the dealership, so I called once more. During one phone call I was told that they ordered a few seats in but the elements were burned out and they were no good. I then turned my attention to trying to purchase seat heating elements from GM to have installed directly into the seat. I provided them with a cost for the elements which was approximately $400.00 but was told they would only be willing to pay $250.00 to have the seat fixed. I was completely fed up with the whole process and the dealer finally agreed to just pay my grandmother $250.00 to be done with this whole ordeal. I called to the dealer and gave them notice that I would be on my way to pick up the monies and then stopped in to the dealer. During the first occasion I was told by "mike" that everyone was on vacation and he would not be able to give me the money. He told me to check back in a week or so and he would have the money ready. I did the same thing and was again met with a wasted trip to the dealership and excuses as to why the money wasn't ready. At this time I am beyond frustrated so I reached out the Better Business Bureau hoping that they would be able to assist. In the end they did nothing but forward emails back and forth between me and the dealership. Some of which are rather hilarious, their one response to the IOU was the fact that it was not completed in "30" days as the IOU states so they were no longer obligated to the IOU. Anyone with two connected brain cells can see the flaw in providing a signed IOU for services with an expiration date of 30 days. It only puts them on a time clock for the thirty days, It was their fault in the first place that this whole process took so long. I will be taking this dealer to small claims court in the near future but wanted everyone to be aware to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER unlike you like dealing with the typical, lying, greedy, money hungry car salesmen who sill sign an IOU and then not own up to their word. More

Mind you no one touched it or even knows where it is located. My car was current and paid with no issues. They took my car from me and said i tampered with it and couldn’t have it back. Called the cops and said they felt threatened by me when asking them to show me how it was tampered with. They would not answer my questioned shut the doors on me and took my car. I had to find a ride home after speaking with police. We are going to court over this nonsense. Do not buy a car from them ever. More

Excellent car buying experience My Wife and I were looking to upgrade our 2002 Chevy Tracker with something a little larger. We found a Jeep liberty at Affordable Auto Sales that looked interesting. Even though Waynesboro is over two hours from out home we decided to go and look at it. We drove it and decided to buy it. Paul was very helpful throughout the transaction. They gave us a fair price for our trade and the Jeep was priced fairly as well. After taking delivery and on our way home, the check engine light came on. When we contacted Paul we were told to bring it back and they would take care of it. They even gave us a loaner for the time they had theJjeep. The situation is now resolved and we are happy with our upgrade. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Greg C. More

Worked with us with the down payment was 2500 went down to 2000 doesnt seem like much to some people but with young kids that is a huge help! We picked our vehile sat an hour before closing and Paul had it ready Monday (we also needed it md inspected) We noticed on our test drive it had shaking when braking mentioned it. Paul let us know our vehicle passed inspection but will still be having the shaking looked at any other dealership would have blown it off, talk about caring customer service!!Will defenitly be recommending Waynesboro Affordable Auto Sales to everyone!!!
