Mark was told to call me multiply times and never did , finally I called and was able to get him on the phone, his opening line to me was that he was returning my call.... very strange because I had called him. Our conversation turned heated fast and by the end of the conversation he was threatening to beat me up, what kind of employee is that, he should be careful talking to people like that over the phone. All and all if you can’t deal with Chris the owner of the good luck and don’t waste tour time, and definitely avoid mark at all cost More

Fantastic service I had done plenty of research into my vehicle purchase and had narrowed my choices to vehicle I bought at After Lease Auto Sales and another corporate I had done plenty of research into my vehicle purchase and had narrowed my choices to vehicle I bought at After Lease Auto Sales and another corporate dealership in Ft. Pierce. Troy was very responsive and beat the big guys out of the gate with a return call within an hour of my inquiry. The corporate store responded 3 hours later, even with a two hour head start. The lot was clearly dedicated to car sales and not loaded up with a bunch of amenities and overhead that the corporate dealer had. It reflected in the price of their vehicles. After Lease is definitely selling cars and not looking for customers to pay for their overhead costs. Vehicle was as advertised. Nothing like I've seen at other used car dealers where you go in to look at something advertised and wonder where the car is that was in the photos. Down to the business side, I gave Ron a very challenging circumstance to work through on financing. Every case is different, mine being on the tougher end of the scale. Ron did a fantastic job working different approaches to the situation and resolved the issues well beyond my expectations. In a nutshell, these guys are good. They weren't trying to make all their money off one customer. Prices are very fair. Their service is stellar in taking care of business. I would highly recommend them and they will be on my radar next time that I'm looking for a vehicle. More

They get nasty after you sign the paperwork My wife and I were very excited to purchase a new vehicle. Dan was more than happy to show us what he had in stock. On the final agreement I wanted hi My wife and I were very excited to purchase a new vehicle. Dan was more than happy to show us what he had in stock. On the final agreement I wanted him to fix the check engine light so I had him sign a paper stating that he would. He tried to slip in at the last second on paper that he would have the engine inspected and notify what needed to be fixed rather than what he verbally stated which was that he would repair all deficiencies. This man will try to make verbal agreements and he will absolutely not back them up after the contract is signed as he gets very uncooperative, so be aware of what you are dealing with. He talked me into buying a warranty by reducing the price of the car only if I bought the warranty. As it turns out after I reviewed the fine print of this warranty the truck I bought is not eligible for repairs at all because it has oversized tires. So now I requested to cancel the warranty and his finance manager Sean continues to tell me it has been "taken care of". I then followed up with the warranty company and they stated that the dealer had done no such thing. I also followed up with the bank to see if the dealer repaid the warranty fee to them and they also stated the dealer had not contacted them, afterlease auto sales told me it was taken care of presumably to get me to stop calling. As it turns out they are legally required to cancel this warranty however they informed me that they will not lift a finger to cancel the warranty until the the law requires them to which is 30 days after the purchase date. As I stated before my wife and I were very excited to buy a new vehicle but Dan and Sean have managed to make this transaction as unpleasant as possible. I would also like to mention that he did do something to make the check engine light go out however it came back on four days after I took possession of the vehicle. More
